Dave & Leisel McBeth founded CRC IMPRINTING, INC. in the fall of 2001.  We first opened in Mount Joy but in 2005 settled in the community of Manheim, Pennsylvania.

Dave began (years ago!) in the Promotional Product industry in sales.  From there, he screen-printed for a Pennsylvania Dutch novelty company. He later pad printed for PenJoy Collectibles Manufacturer.  As his interest grew into graphic design, Dave joined a Promotional Product supplier as the head of their Artwork Department. He soon became their Production Manager and took over operations in 2000. As a supplier, Dave has gained experience in sourcing products globally and domestically.  As an imprinter and graphic designer, Dave offers practical knowledge to your project.  As a manager, Dave offers experience in understanding what it takes to make it all happen.

When the opportunity presented itself, Dave and his wife, Leisel, purchased the Promotional Product division of the company where Dave was employed and formed their own company, CRC Imprinting, Inc.

In 2005 Dave and Leisel Purchased Kendik, Inc.  Kendik, inc. is a manufacturer of fishing lures.  Dave and Leisel saw an opportunity to offer lures nation wide to the promotional markets as well as to the fishing industry.  Kendik, inc. treasurers the same values that Dave and Leisel in regards to quality and service of their product. Kendik has won awards from ASA (American Sportfishing Association) and its lures are respected and used by professional fisherman across the globe.  Kendik also allowed immediate growth opportunities in CRC’s decorating capabilities.  This enabled CRC to offer services to companies that require larger demands and quicker services.

Leisel works for the company part-time. Leisel works full-time for CRC (Colin, Ryan, and Cara, our three children)!

CRC Imprinting, Inc. presently employs more than 15 employees.  We are very pleased to have Ryan Fasnacht, Lois Witmer, Frank Saul, and Angelika (Geli) Hunsberger as our production dream team and we are sure you will be as well.  These three have proved to be our greatest assets and their commitment to each project has exceeded all expectations.  

Sam Fasnacht is our customer service representative and is most likely whom you will initially talk to.  He is not only one of Dave's best friends but he becomes everyone’s friend wherever he is.  Yes, he is just one of those people you can't help to love.
