Custom T-shirt Printing Information
100% cotton vs. 50/50 blends
The two major shirt options are 100% cotton, and a 50/50 poly/cotton blend. The benefits of 100% cotton are that it has a heavier, more luxurious feel. 100% Ringspun cotton has an even softer feel, however these ringspun/combed cotton shirts tend to have higher prices.
The advantage of a 50/50 polyester cotton blend is that it is a more durable material and will hold up better under more frequent wearing and washing. Although the shrinkage difference between 100% cotton and 50/50 blend has been greatly reduced, the 50/50 blend still has the advantage in this area and the 50/50 blend has a lighter feel that some may prefer.
The trade off is that 50/50 blends tend suffer from dye migration. This is most noticeable when white is printed on a colored 50/50 shirt and a few days after printing the white is no longer bright white, but a milky version of the dye from the 50/50 shirt, as it will "migrate" into the inks printed on the shirt.
100% cottons do not have the dye migration problem and are also the only type of shirts that work with discharge printing. If you want the softest shirt with a "no feel/soft hand" print job, you'll want 100% cottons.

Allow for at least 3 additional days for interior printed tags. Turnaround time is just an average and not guaranteed. If you have a deadline, you must let us know when placing your order.
Minimums
Most screen printed products have a 24 piece minimum. Some exceptions may apply. Contact us for more information.

Artwork is approved by digital mock-up through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, and accuracy of artwork. CRC imprinting cannot accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval may result in production delays and/or additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced accordingly.

Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing and minimums charged accordingly. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when printing girl and youth sized shirts.
Across Collar and Seam Printing
Although CRC imprinting has the ability to print anywhere, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the collar, seams, zippers, pockets, or any other edges. Any large prints may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam. CRC imprinting will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.
Tagless Relabeling
CRC imprinting can print your own tagless labels inside shirts. We recommend using shirt brands with tear away tags for this service. While shirts with permanent tags can sometimes be used, keep in mind there will be additional costs for removal.
